SINGING RING experience ~ Japanese sound healing ~ Miracle Harmonic overtone ~

Feel sound, not just hear it.

What if your whole body could listen? In this sound healing session, Singing Ring®︎ bowls are placed directly on the body, allowing gentle vibrations to travel through your tissues - stimulating the skin, calming the nervous system, and awakening your inner healing potential.

Sound is nourishment. Yet in modern life, we’re constantly surrounded by artificial noise and overstimulation, which can affect both body and mind. Natural overtones soothe the sympathetic nervous system, activate the parasympathetic state, regulate brain and nerve function, ease tension, and improve circulation.

Sound baths deepen awareness of the mind-body connection. They reduce the stress hormone cortisol, inviting relaxation, clarity, presence, and the return of creative energy.

The session includes:

  • A warm welcome and gentle grounding to help you arrive in the space

  • An introduction to the unique qualities of the Singing Ring® instrument

  • A visual demonstration of sound vibrations using water

  • Direct placement of Singing Ring® bowls on your body to transmit overtones through the skin

  • A guided meditation accompanied by multiple harmonic overtones, allowing your body and mind to rest deeply

  • Space to share and reflect on your personal experience
