Non-Physician Osteopathic Manual Therapist
Front Desk Lead Receptionist Oakland + Albany
We are seeking 2 dedicated, detail-oriented, and client-focused Front Desk Leads to oversee the daily operations of our front office and wellness center. This role is essential to ensuring that every client interaction—whether in person, online, or by phone—reflects our high standard of care and commitment to wellbeing. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-driven environment, loves organization, and is ready to grow professionally.
Nourish Osteo & Wellness is a growing multidisciplinary clinic in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving individuals and families seeking care grounded in traditional osteopathic principles. We are looking for a dedicated Osteopath with a passion for indirect treatment approaches and a deep respect for the profession’s philosophical foundations.
Founded by an Australian-trained osteopath, Nourish currently has four internationally trained practitioners and a strong reputation in the community. Our patients include individuals with chronic and complex presentations as well as pregnancy, postpartum, pediatric, and whole-family care.

Massage Therapist
This role focuses on providing therapeutic treatments to help clients manage pain, reduce stress, and promote overall wellness. The Massage Therapist will work closely with clients to assess their needs and tailor treatments accordingly. We are looking for an experienced massage therapist who is available to work at our Oakland location, for 10 - 20 hours per week.
