We are a wellness clinic, not a medical clinic.
Nourish Osteo & Wellness provides complementary wellness care. We are not a medical practice, and an appointment with us is not a medical appointment.
We are not licensed medical professionals. Our practitioners are internationally trained non-physician osteopathic manual therapists. They are not licensed physicians, and they are not Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) in the United States.
What we don’t do
We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or perform surgery. We do not treat medical conditions or provide medical services of any kind, and nothing we offer is a substitute for care from your doctor.
If you have a health concern, please see a licensed physician. We’re glad to work alongside the care they provide.

Our services are provided as complementary care under California Business & Professions Code §2053.6. That law allows non-licensed practitioners to offer complementary and alternative services, provided we tell you clearly that we are not licensed physicians and that our services are not licensed by the state.
What to expect at an appointment
A conversation about what’s bothering you, a hands-on assessment of how you move, and gentle manual techniques chosen for you. You’ll be asked to read and sign this same information before your first session.
