Our Albany location offers a nourishing space to rest and reset before, after, or separate from your treatment. The Nourishing Room provides a quiet space with an infrared sauna available for 15, 30, or 45-minute sessions.
Our Sunlighten infrared sauna is an incredibly powerful way to detoxify and reduce inflammation, improve mental clarity, boost your immune system and allow the body to rest deeply.
Saunas have been around for centuries, and infrared saunas take it a step further. By gently raising your core temperature, our sauna helps release stored toxins while boosting cell regeneration and detoxification through near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths.
When starting to use the sauna, it’s a good idea to work up to higher temperatures and longer sessions. Start with our introductory 15 minutes and work up to 30–45 minutes as your body tolerance for heat evolves.
