We are seeking a Client Experience and Clinic Coordinator for our Oakland location to support daily clinic operations while working in close partnership with the Clinic Coordinator/Front Desk Lead at our Albany clinic. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistency, flow, and excellence across locations.
The Clinic Coordinator serves as a central point of connection between clients, practitioners, and leadership. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with leadership responsibility—ideal for someone who enjoys systems, communication, and contributing to the growth of a purpose-driven healthcare practice.

Nourish Osteo & Wellness is a growing multidisciplinary clinic in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving individuals and families seeking care grounded in traditional osteopathic principles. We are looking for a dedicated Osteopath with a passion for indirect treatment approaches and a deep respect for the profession’s philosophical foundations.
Founded by an Australian-trained osteopath, Nourish currently has four internationally trained practitioners and a strong reputation in the community. Our patients include individuals with chronic and complex presentations as well as pregnancy, postpartum, pediatric, and whole-family care.
This is a rare opportunity for the right practitioner to join a supportive, established clinic that values time, presence, depth of work, and honoring the body’s innate capacity for health.
Massage Therapist
This role focuses on providing therapeutic treatments to help clients manage pain, reduce stress, and promote overall wellness. The Massage Therapist will work closely with clients to assess their needs and tailor treatments accordingly. We are looking for an experienced massage therapist who is available to work at our Oakland location, for 10 - 20 hours per week.
