Erin Rosenblatt, Psy.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PSY 21624

Erin is a California-licensed clinical psychologist who has spent over 20 years working at the intersection of psychology, somatic healing, and nervous system care.

She trained at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant University and has since built a practice that draws on psychodynamic therapy, somatic trauma healing, breathwork, and Ayurvedic-informed approaches to support adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. She is also certified in Somatic Trauma Healing and Breathwork Instruction, and continues to deepen her practice through ongoing study of the body's role in emotional health.

Much of Erin's work focuses on the patterns that keep people stuck — the chronic stress, self-doubt, or emotional weight that talk therapy alone doesn't always reach. She works closely with each person to understand not just what they're experiencing, but where it lives in the body and what it needs to shift.

Before returning to private practice, Erin spent many years in clinical leadership at WestCoast Children's Clinic in Oakland, where she oversaw training, trauma healing initiatives, and professional development across the organization. That breadth of experience shapes the way she works — thoughtfully, collaboratively, and with genuine attention to the whole person.

Outside of work, Erin loves spending time with her family, finding her way to the ocean whenever she can, and exploring new healing and wellness modalities — a curiosity that keeps finding its way back into her practice.

Erin is delighted to be joining the Nourish community and looks forward to meeting you.
