Somatic & Embodiment Circle with Hyon Joo (Online)

Please join the online Somatic & Embodiment circle, led by Hyon Joo. 

To practice embodiment is to tune into the living experience of your body with presence and awareness - to be in direct attunement with yourself. 

We’ll use mindfulness as our guide, slowing down to the pace of the body and listening to the deep, non-verbal language that lives beneath thought.

If this sounds intriguing but still a bit unclear, the best way to understand is by experiencing it somatically - through the felt sense of your body. Curiosity and openness are all we need. 

There are many benefits to this kind of practice - a more regulated nervous system, greater body awareness, and a deeper connection with yourself and others - though it’s ultimately something you discover in your own way.

There will be space for check-ins and reflections at the beginning and end of the session.
